                   “comfort food” seafood dish of Seared Scallops that will

                        A sweet potato puree and bed of risotto provide the
                    base for seared scallops with a crown of cranberry aioli.
                    The dish provides just the right addition to 1774’s fall
                    menu, proudly prepared by Chef Steve Brett using the
                    finest local, fresh ingredients.

                        Nestled in a refreshed historic building at the intersection
                    of Route 412 and Penn Street in Hellertown, 1774 Grille &
