braveheart highland pub

The social aspect has always been the most popular part of Scottish pub
culture. The pub is where the village meets, and so the atmosphere and
friendliness of Scottish pubs has been exported around the world. For more
than a decade, Braveheart Highland Pub has brought a traditional Scottish
atmosphere to Hellertown, where fresh food comes together with a fine
selection of Scottish ales, malt whiskies, wines and inventive cocktails.

There’s a reason that Braveheart boasts not one, but two bars in its bustling
restaurant filled with rich woods, flags of the world and Scottish photographs.
The bars are often full of spirited customers who enjoy the
restaurant’s selection of classic and contemporary martinis, such
as the Apple Mango Martini.

Created with apple rum, red apple liquor, Caribbean rum with
mango liqueur, sour mix and orange juice, the Apple Mango
martini is a bartender and customer favorite and is one of nearly
20 specialty martinis on the drink menu. The drink is offered
year-round.

                           taps tavern

Known for having over 50 brews on tap at any given time,
Bethlehem’s Taps Tavern has taken it one step further and raised
both their beer and cocktail game to another level with the addition
of a “Tap-Tails” list to their beverage menu.

“Raspberries on Ice” is one of nine current beer and cocktail duos
on the list of inventive libations, and is made with Einstok Icelandic
White Ale, raspberry vodka, Ginger beer, Razzmatazz schnapps, and
white cranberry juice. It is served in a mason jar and built by topping
                           the drink with Einstok.

“Because of our 60 taps, we wanted to include one of our favorite
beers in a cocktail. Raspberries on Ice is a drink we created at
Taps,” says General Manager Erik Sheetz. “It has been on the menu
since the fall of last year and will probably remain since it is both a

                                     customer and staff favorite.”
The drink menu at Taps Tavern is meant to
compliment the menu of contemporary American-
style pub fare that the restaurant offers. The 195-
seat tavern also boasts a 45-seat granite bar and
is a popular watering hole for patrons who enjoy
