which puts a unique, local twist on the traditional
Moscow Mule. Edge uses locally brewed
pineapple-ginger kombucha provided by Lehigh
Valley Kombucha and then adds house-made
infused pineapple vodka, finishing off the drink
with a garnish of candied ginger, served in a faux
copper mug.
“As a mixologist, I am provided the creative
freedom to craft signature drinks from all realms
of ingredients, including fresh juices, herbs and
purees,” says Maggie Riegel. “At Edge, we are
constantly thinking outside the box to invent trendy
and unique libations, utilizing seasonal flavors and
a passion for inventing the perfect cocktail.”
