“My biggest thing in this is it is the most
amount of money I have made for the least
amount of headaches,” Bonner said. “I enjoy
coming to work every day, and I enjoy giving
it100 percent. That’s my nature. And the big-
gest perk is how generous the company is
with its employees.”
There are monthly snack days, random
lunches, egg hunts with the Easter bunny,
cookies with Santa Claus, a biannual golf
outing, a bowling league and more.
“I have friends who hear that we do things
like that here and they say, ‘Wow, I might be
at the wrong company,’ ” Bonner said.
Uline’s other North American locations
are in suburban Chicago; Los Angeles; Min-
neapolis; Atlanta; Dallas; Seattle; Toronto;
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; Mexicali,
Mexico; and Monterrey, Mexico. It built a
200-acre campus in 2010 in Pleasant Prairie,
Wis., that serves as its corporate head-
quarters.
Employees of the month are recognized,
and the Allentown location has an annual
appreciation nightataLehigh Valleyhotelto
celebrate the achievements of its employees.
“I personally like finding a home and stay-
ing there,” Grantham said of his professional
career, “especially a company like this where
I can see such a bright future and the mind-
set that the management has and the quality
of the employees. I don’t see myself leaving
anytime soon.”
