“ When we decided to down-size we moved to a traditional 55+ Community in the Lehigh
Valley. But after dealing with parent illnesses we quickly realized the 55+ Community we lived
in was not going to take care of us. So we began researching, touring and comparing lots of
55+ Communities with a plan for our future health care needs. We moved to the Townstones at
we need them. And that means we will never have to move again.”

Moravian Hall Square Residents
In response to the surge of baby boomers, during May 2016 Morningstar Living began construction of its 2nd campus, Heritage Village, in Upper
Nazareth Township, also in Northampton County. When complete, Heritage Village will be home to almost 300 people looking for an Active-Adult
Living lifestyle that includes a continuum of health care services for them at Moravian Hall Square. Townhomes and Cottages on the Heritage Village
campus will range in size from 1,450 sq. ft. – 4,000 sq. ft.
Sue Capobianco, , agrees the needs of customers has to drive the development process:
“Baby Boomers are an active, vibrant, and educated generation that has
inspired the design and development of our new cottage campus, Heritage
Village. A strategy for retirement living, that is free from home maintenance
and ownership responsibilities, with a robust menu of services and amenities,
activities, education, technology and recreation, plus a plan for their health
needs as they age...this is what they want.”
