On-going renovations to keep the Moravian Hall Square campus current have required the expertise from small and
mid-size local businesses. W.J.& R. Electrical, Carpet One, K&H Custom Window Designs and Corporate Environments
have added to the living and working environments at Moravian Hall Square. These Lehigh Valley businesses are also

engaged in Morningstar Living’s new Heritage Village development.

W.J. & R. Electrical, Inc. has been Morningstar Living’s electrical contractor of choice for over 25
years. “W.J. & R. Electrical has worked on many renovation projects at Moravian Hall Square,” adds
Tony Camasta, Director of Maintenance at Morningstar Living, “including the construction of our
Bistro Café, remodeling our Rose Inn Restaurant, and revamping our campus Lobby and Visitor
Center.” Jim Rothenberger, President of W.J.&R. Electrical, Inc. shares, “Design/build projects are
our specialty, and we work closely with our customers to ensure the finished project exceeds their

In commemoration of Moravian Hall Square’s 25th Anniversary, a
Library, Lounge and Rooftop Patio that overlooks the Pleasure Garden
at Moravian Hall Square, were built as a three-story addition to the
Moravian Hall Square Campus to add educational and recreational
space for residents of the community.
