Working on behalf of Morningstar Living, Hugh McGettigan
was selected to serve as the Owner’s Construction Manager
for the Heritage Village development. “Hugh has been key to
the planning and budgeting process, as well as supervision of
multiple construction companies we are using to build housing
and recreational facilities on the Heritage Village Campus,”
