Michael Kemmerer and David Kemmerer, sons in the business, have added tremendously to the Heritage Village construction project. The site work
needed for the excavation and grading for houses is managed by David, and the daily on site supervision of subcontractors is handled by Michael.
“The ability to work with a home builder who can manage all of this housing construction work “in house” guarantees that nothing will be left undone
and nothing will fall short of exceeding our expectations,” remarks Sue Drabic.
