In 2013, Benchmark Construction completed the award-winning,
state-of-the-art Cancer Institute for Lancaster General Health in Lancaster, PA.

When Morningstar Living approved plans in
early 2018 to rebuild the Health and Wellness
Center at Moravian Hall Square, the organization
turned to Benchmark Construction in Lancaster,
Pennsylvania. Benchmark has expertise in building
hospitals, higher education campus buildings and
commercial and retail buildings, as well as senior
living facilities. Benchmark’s portfolio of projects
includes some of the most iconic and recognized
buildings in southcentral Pennsylvania.
