Anchor your spine to the floor and extend legs out long. Keep your right leg lifted
straight up, at the same time lift your shoulders off the floor and hold onto your calf.
Keep the opposite leg on the floor. Release, and repeat on the left side. Engage your
core to keep muscles activated.
