CLUSTERS HANDCRAFTED POPCORN
JULIAN SGHIATTI GOURMET POPCORN
OWNER
If you’re looking for a fresh, fun and different snacking (or gifting) experience,
Photos by Sarah Evans look no further than the shop on Bethlehem’s Main Street where sweet snacks
are literally popping up. Made with coconut oil and certified GMO-free, Clusters
Handcrafted Popcorn is perfect for those who are gluten-free or need to avoid dairy
products. There are also a dozen flavors available daily.
“It’s not just a snack — it’s a gift,” says owner Julian Sghiatti.
“The product will stay good for many days after the purchase
date and weeks in the larger containers, since they are air-
tight. This makes a great gift item since you can get it days in
advance, you pick the flavors so it provides a sentimental feel
to the gifter, and we provide complimentary gift wrapping.”
Staff favorites include the Sweet Habanero and Cookie
Explosion, while the customer favorites are White Cheddar and
Toasted Coconut.
Clusters Popcorn has locations in New Hope and Lahaska,
PA and has recently become a franchise.
