               The Brick’s owner Vito Spinelli says what makes the pizza
           stand out is the mozzarella is made
           in-house and the Brussel sprouts are
           roasted before going on the pizza to get
           a nice smoky flavor.

               A wood-fired oven gives The
           Brick’s food flavor that’s sure to please.
           Combine good food with its laid-back
           atmosphere and you have a recipe for a
           memorable meal.

              “People know they can get quality
           food here,” Spinelli says. “It’s great
           for going out and meeting with friends
           and family.”
