Mission Bell bottled beers, with 20 draft beers that focus on local craft
beers. Its curated wine list focuses on smaller vineyards.
Avocados, caramelized onions,
smoked gouda and pepper aioli The menu changes with the seasons, with hardier, more
comforting food and drink in the colder winter months and
lighter, summertime favorites in the spring and summer
months. Brown, chef Doug Gaines and the staff also work
hard to keep the menu responsive to patrons — suggestions
are welcome whether they want a particular craft beer or a
different topping to their burger.
Speaking of sandwich toppings, they are as varied as
the 16 different burgers including a lamb burger with brie,
lemon and apricot preserves and green apples; a bison
patty with garlic aioli and choice of cheese; bacon jam,
cheddar, lettuce, onion and tomato grace another burger; and
for those looking for a lighter sandwich there are offerings like
the “Avocado Melt” that features smoked gouda, caramelized
onions, pepper aioli and, of course, avocados.
The menu is so much more than burgers, too. Those craving
other items can feast on wonton nachos featuring barbecue
pork; crab croquettes; ribs; shrimp and grits; a salmon platter
and more. Bell Hall also hosts drink and food specials during
its happy hour from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
In the warmer months, Bell Hall opens its door and its patio,
making it a gathering space with live music.
“Bell Hall is all about approachable cuisine whether you are
here for a lunch, post-game snack or a delicious dinner you
can always expect a great meal, pure and simple,” Brown says.
“We are family friendly, vegetarian friendly, large group friendly.
There is always room at Bell Hall.”
