“We love the concept of
intertwining modern American
cuisine with traditional Japanese
sushi, which is what makes
our restaurant so unique. We
wanted to make Kingfish a casual
atmosphere, comfortable and
unpretentious with an absolute
passion for the craft.”

SEAFOOD RISOTTO
Welcome spring with a culinary celebration of
Italy. This creamy Seafood Risotto features shrimp,
scallops, clams, mussels and calamari in a white
wine marinara sauce over risotto.
“The seafood is slow cooked for six hours for
peak flavor and tenderness,” says chef/owner
Joseph Jurkivo. “Fresh herbs are used, along with
risotto and San Marzano tomatoes from Italy.”
Each from-scratch dish showcases the
fine dining of Italy without having to leave the
Lehigh Valley.
“Continue your culinary trip by sampling wines
from our exclusive Italian wine list and liquor
selection that satisfies all tastes,” Jurkivo says.
