GUACAMOLE YIELDS:
                                                                                                                                                                   1.5 CUPS

INGREDIENTS:                               PREPARATION:                                DIRECTIONS:
•	 1 avocado                               1.	Cut avocado in half. Discard pit.        1.	Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl,
•	 juice from ½ lime
•	 ¼ cup tomato (diced)                       Scoop flesh out with a spoon and            stir together until well mixed.
•	 2 Tbsps. sauerkraut or pink sauerkraut     add to mixing bowl.                      2.	Transfer to a serving dish.
•	 1 inch jalapeno, minced, no seeds       2.	Squeeze the juice from the lime.         3.	Garnish, serve and enjoy!
