Ginger Bee
Tea Smoothie

Ingredients
• 1 Tbsp. local bee pollen
• 1 Tbsp. local honey
• (1) 6-inch piece of ginger, peeled
• 1 cup green tea, cooled
• 1 cup frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries,
bananas, etc.)
• 1 cup spinach
• Garnish with blueberries, kiwi and coconut
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender, process until
smooth, top with a sprinkle of bee pollen for a
“candy” crunch and enjoy!
