During hot summer days, melons are a great pre‑workout
snack because they have high water content, are nutrient

dense, high in minerals and vitamins like C and A.
With only 64 calories in a 1‑cup serving of honeydew and
even fewer calories in cantaloupe or watermelon, melons

are an excellent, low calorie snack!
