YOUR WEDDING Every year and season brings new wedding trends and ideas,

says Susan Kolar, owner of Susan Kolar Couture in Easton. “What
I find most interesting and beautiful are the unique combinations
of different types of lace appliquéd in collages to create a depth of
pattern, which creates interesting texture and detail.”
“We have brides coming in looking for lace dresses,” Victoria Klotz
of VK Bridal Couture in Walnutport confirmed. “Brides tend to order
their dress in ivory and even ivory over a blush or gold.”
As for the wedding party, bridesmaids are wearing soft-flowing
fabrics such as chiffon and tulle, and soft pastels in fleshy pinks,
seaglass greens, lilac and gray. Brides have loosened up, however,
