                                                                                          “Our Spicy Tuna Tartare is perfect for any
                                                                                       time of the year and features fresh, diced
                                                                                       tuna with a hint of grated ginger, toasted
                                                                                       sesame oil, a touch of fresh squeezed
                                                                                       lemon juice, chives and sriracha. The tuna is
                                                                                       accompanied by a ginger lime aioli — add
                                                                                       them together and it is a perfect marriage of
                                                                                       tastes. Crispy wonton chips add the perfect
                                                                                       texture to the whole dish.”
