Banana Bread in a Mug

INGREDIENTS:

1 large ripe banana, mashed
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp milk or non-dairy alternative
1 to 2 tsp, pure maple syrup or honey
4 Tbsp almond flour
1 Tbsp raw walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp, ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp, baking powder
Pinch sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe mug, and
mash/stir together until well-combined. Microwave
on high for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes, or until cake has set
up and tests clean. Allow cake to cool slightly.

321 calories, 14g fat, 41 carbohydrate, 27g sugar,
11g protein
