Greek Turkey Burgers with Seasoned Fries
Prep: 5 Minutes // Ready: 12 Minutes // Serves: 2
Ingredients: 1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp minced garlic
1¼ lbs. ground turkey 1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 roasted red peppers, (gluten-free)
chopped 1 large egg
½ medium red onion diced salt and pepper to taste
2 oz. frozen spinach (thawed) Gluten-free buns
¼ cup crumbled feta
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and shape meat into burgers.
Cook on the stove or grill until done. Garnish with your favorite
burger toppings.
For the fries I bake them with a little garlic, salt and pepper.
