Seven‑year‑old Sarah jumped into the pool with
confidence and a competitive spirit. Her backstroke was
strong. She came out of the water with a big smile only
to see a bigger smile on her mom’s face. “You looked
like a little windmill out there,” gushed her mother.
True leads a group of cyclists. One of the challenges for triathletes is the quick transition from
swimming to biking. The speed of changing clothes could make a winning difference.
