Midnight Madness offers:
Faber Vodka, an 80-proof distilled from corn with a nose
and palate the distillers describe as slightly sweet with a
smooth finish.
Faber Rum, an 80-proof Caribbean-style rum with
“notes of vanilla and Caribbean spice.”
An 80-proof Faber Gin, described as an “American
style, sipping gin” that’s “light and floral on the nose with
medium juniper and subtle citrus” notes.
Faber also creates 70-proof flavored vodkas, including
citrus, orange, vanilla, chocolate, raspberry and
pomegranate.

Eight Oaks opened in January on a farm in New Tripoli.
The distillers grow their own grains and source ingredients
from neighboring farms for what they call a “true seed to
glass experience.”

The 80 proof Eight Oaks American Vodka is created with
locally grown red winter wheat that’s milled by hand at the
distillery. After distillation, the vodka is charcoal-filtered.

The distillers released Eight Oaks American Gin in
April. It’s an 88 proof spirit created with their red winter
wheat. Eight Oaks Colonial Rum is 80 proof and made
with locally sourced molasses. Eight Oaks Applejack, out
now, is 80 proof.
