Eight Oaks opened in January on a
New Tripoli farm. The distillers grow their
our own grains and also source ingredients
from the farms of friends and neighbors.
They offer the 80 proof American
Vodka; Colonial Rum, 80 proof and made
with locally sourced molasses; and will
release American Gin this month. It’s
an 88 proof spirit created with their red
winter wheat.
Applejack, out now, is 80 proof.
